Plant Warranty & Policies

Returns + Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges on trees and shrubs within 2 days of original purchase if they have not been planted or removed from their pot. Plants must be in good condition and not showing signs of environmental stress. No Cash Back – C & S Country Gardens will issue a gift card for the value of the exchange.

Standard Warranty Trees & Shrubs:

• Receipt and plant must be provided as part of the claim.
• One year warranty from date of purchase. Date of purchase can be found on the invoice. 
• Warranty is standard on all trees and shrubs purchased at C & S Country Gardens
• If your tree or shrub does not survive C & S Country Gardens will provide you with a credit for 50 % of the purchase price. 
• One Time Replacement only 

Annuals & Perennials

We guarantee our annuals and perennials are true to type. We do not offer a warranty on annuals, hanging baskets, potted plants and perennials.
