C & S Country Gardens is very happy to announce that The Catholic Women’s League will be participating in our #GroFundMeFridayscommunity support program in 2020.
The Catholic Women’s League of Lorette has been a proud member of this community and area for nearly 32 years and have been involved by:
*providing post-secondary scholarships
*hosting annual baby showers to help moms in crisis
*collecting and delivering winter clothing to communities in need
*collecting and delivering toiletries for people in need
*collecting pop can tabs for wheelchairs
*hosting fundraisers for families in crisis
*cleaning up ditches on Hwy 207 from McDougall Rd to Hwy 206
*laying a wreath at annual Remembrance Day services
*establishing and operating the Lorette Food Bank
*assuming organization of annual Tache Christmas Hampers
*working at Thrifty Treasures
*donating to the Winter Carnival, Girl Guides of Lorette, summer camps for children, All Saints’ Party for Children
All funds raised are used to continue supporting the community of Lorette and area.
