Plant Warranty & Policies

Returns + Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges on trees and shrubs within 2 days of original purchase if they have not been planted or removed from their pot. Plants must be in good condition and not showing signs of environmental stress. No Cash Back – C & S Country Gardens will issue a gift card for the value of the exchange.

Standard Warranty Trees & Shrubs:

• Receipt and plant must be provided as part of the claim.
• Effective Until October 31st of the year tree or shrub purchased
• Applies to regularly priced trees and shrubs, items purchased on sale or a bulk discount are not eligible for warranty coverage.
• If your tree or shrub does not survive C & S Country Gardens will provide you with a gift card for 50 % of the purchase price. Plant death caused by extreme weather, insect or animal damage, acts of vandalism or mechanical injury
• One Time Replacement only 

Extended Warranty Trees & Shrubs:

• Warranty period for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Extended warranty is not available on trees and shrubs purchased on sale or a bulk discount has been applied.
• Our warranty is no haggle! If your tree or shrub does not survive for any reason C & S Country Gardens will provide you with a gift card for 50 % of the purchase price.
• Cost for the extended warranty is 25% of price of the regular price of the tree or shrub.

Annuals & Perennials

We guarantee our annuals and perennials are true to type. We do not offer a warranty on annuals, hanging baskets, potted plants and perennials.
